Meet the Staff

Pastor Jeff has been the Senior Pastor at Rankin Baptist Church since September 2014. He served as Associate/Youth Pastor at Rankin for 11 years prior to becoming the Senior Pastor. Before serving as a minister, Jeff spent 15  years working in the healthcare field as a Medical Labortory Technician. His wife, Trina, is a RN and they were married in 1992, they have 3 children, 2 son in laws Majerle (and Mario), Ansley (and Chris) and Jack--not married, but looking.

Jeff enjoys all sports and is a big North Carolina Tarheel fan. His life verse is Ephesians 2:10, "For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago."

Pam McCraw is probably the first voice you'll hear when you contact Rankin. Pam has been leading and organizing the office and everything in the confines of Rankin since 2021. She happily looks forward to helping you and speaking with you about any questions about Rankin or Jesus Christ.
